How the connection behaves.
The ERP stays the source of truth
Products, customers and pricing live where they already live. Ettore mirrors and indexes them so it can match a request; it does not hold a second copy you have to reconcile.
Your mailbox is read-only
Ettore watches the inbox that receives requests and reads it. It does not send from your account unless you explicitly configure that.
It writes back only what you approved
The quote reaches your ERP after a person has reviewed it. Nothing is written on the strength of a match alone.
No new infrastructure
Connect a mailbox, connect the ERP. There is no migration, no data warehouse to stand up and nothing for your customers to change.

Connect the mailbox
Grant read access to the shared inbox that receives requests — Outlook or Gmail. Ettore starts watching for new mail and classifying it.

Connect the ERP catalog
Give read access to products, customers and pricelists. Ettore indexes the catalog so it can resolve a written request to a real SKU.

Review the first drafts
Ettore drafts quotes from real incoming requests. Your team reviews each one and corrects what it got wrong, which is also how it learns your catalog’s habits.

Let approved quotes write back
Once you are satisfied with the drafts, approved quotes are written back into the ERP as records, not retyped by a person.

Do you support our ERP?
Odoo is connected and in production today. SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics are named on the roadmap. If you run something else, tell us what it is — the answer depends on what its API allows, and we would rather look than guess.
Does Ettore change anything in our ERP?
It reads the catalog, the customers and their prices. The only thing it writes is a quote your team approved. It is never the source of truth for a product or a price.
What if our catalog data is messy?
That is the normal case, and it is the problem rather than an obstacle to it. Ettore matches free-text requests against the catalog you actually have. Where it cannot resolve a line, it says so instead of guessing.
Can it read our customer-specific pricing?
Yes. Customer pricelists are part of what it reads, so the draft quote carries that customer’s real prices rather than a list price someone then has to correct.
